A sudden health \u200ecrisis left me overwhelmed, helpless and unsure of which way to turn. I \u200efound myself seeking out any \u201cwhite coat\u201d that might be able to come to my \u200eaid. I clearly remember one rainbow splattered white coat who instructed me \u200ehow to remove certain foods from my diet in an effort to boost my health.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\">I \u200ewas dumbfounded.\u200e<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Could it be possible that an innocent food was responsible for my pain and \u200esuffering? It seemed all too surreal \u2026\u200e<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Today many who cross my path are stunned none the less, when I praise the all \u200etoo mighty powers of a rainbow of colors. Two memorable observations cling \u200eto my consciousness front row center. \u200e<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"http:\/\/gov.nv.gov\/uploadedFiles\/govnvgov\/Content\/News_and_Media\/Proclamations\/2014Images\/2014-099-18_HealthyLivingDay.pdf\">Seven out of ten deaths<\/a> of Americans each year are from chronic diseases, and \u200eit is known that diet is a major factor in these deaths.\u200e<\/h2>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">It is estimated that as much as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bcliving.ca\/home\/vancouvers-vegan-superstar-brendan-brazier-advocates-whole-foods-for-peak-health\">40% of all stress<\/a> can be attributed to a poor diet.\u200e<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"http:\/\/hbne.co.ilwp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/CHEESE-PLATE.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-525 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/hbne.co.il\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/CHEESE-PLATE.png\" alt=\"CHEESE PLATE\" width=\"716\" height=\"716\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Modern day stress comes from a multitude of sources including but not limited \u200eto: occupational, financial, familial, traumatic, environmental, mental and \u200enutritional.\u200e<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">It is often a challenge dealing with stress. A large portion of our stress may not \u200ebe under our total control: considerable resources and\/or a significant amount \u200eof time may be needed to make a dent in our stress load.\u200e<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\">\u200e\u200e\u200eImagine that you were able to reduce your day-to-day stress load by 40%\u05b1! \u200e<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">How would your life fit and feel? Feeling better already are you? I heard you \u200erelax into the seats of your chairs and breathe out a magical sigh of relief\u2026\u200e\u200e<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Nutritional stress can be easily and painlessly reduced almost immediately.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\">\u200eLet\u2019s begin! Follow my lead:<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u200e1 Load up on fruit and vegetables: ++ \u200ephytonutrients and antioxidants<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">2 Eat whole grains as Mother Nature intended<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">3 Consume alkaline forming foods; less meat, milk, soda, \u2026\u200e<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">4 Eat frequent small healthy meals<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">5 Drink water<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">6 Slow down and chew your food: don't wolf it down<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">7 Make it a habit to eat at the table<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">8 Always leave the house with healthy snacks on hand<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">9 Processed food is best left at the grocery store<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">10 Packaged foods: short ingredient lists of foods<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">11 Replace \u201ceating out\u201d with \u201ccooking in\u201d: make it a family affair\u200e<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">12 Reduce toxins via cleaner versions of food (unsprayed, organic, \u200e\u200e\u2026)\u200e<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">13 Stock up on fermented foods with healthy bacteria (probiotics too)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><em><strong>\u200e\u200e\u200e\u200e&quot;True good health is not a condition that is merely free of adverse \u200esymptoms. It's a state of dynamic well-being, one that is reminiscent of \u200echildhood exuberance and joy.
