The taste of the cauliflower, corn and mustard base was unforgettable.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>The above photo shows my final creation and layered as follows:<\/strong><br \/>\nCauliflower Corn Crispy<br \/>\nMustard<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/hbne.co.il\/?p=540\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vegan fermented macadamia zaatar spirulina cheese<\/a><br \/>\nArugula<br \/>\nFermented wild asparagus<br \/>\nRocket greens<br \/>\nWild garlic flowers<br \/>\nWild Judas tree flowers<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00bd c whole flax seeds<br \/>\n1 c water (fermented brine)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">2 c fresh cauliflower<br \/>\n2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)<br \/>\n2 t salt (Himalayan) \u2013 omit if using brine<br \/>\n1 T nutritional yeast<br \/>\n4 bunches wild garlic flowerheads (or garlic to taste)<br \/>\n1 T fresh or frozen seaweed<br \/>\n2 drops lemon oil<br \/>\n2 curcumin tablets<br \/>\n2 T ginger<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Soak flax seeds in water for about \u00bd day or until almost all of the water is absorbed by the flax seeds.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In a food processor mix all ingredients with the exception of water and flax seeds.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Fold soaked flax seeds into the cauliflower and corn mixture and spread onto dehydrator sheets. Make an effort to spread an even and thin layer.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dehydrate, peel of dehydrator sheet when semi dry and flip and dry. After flipping break into hand size pieces.
