The kneidlach can be served with your favorite soup. I used a homemade clear vegetable stock.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>The Ingredients\u200f<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u200e4 cups of \u201ccauliflower rice\u201d (1 medium sized cauliflower)\u200e\u200f \u200f<br \/>\n\u200f\u00bd1\u200f\u200e t grated fresh ginger<br \/>\n\u200e1 t black salt\u200e<br \/>\n\u200e2 vegan eggs (1 T whole flax seed + 3 T water) X 2\u200e<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>&quot;Cauliflower Rice&quot;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Using your food processor\u2019s knife blade, cut the cauliflower until it is of a rice or shredded coconut consistency.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Let the \u201crice\u201d sit on the countertop for about two hours.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Using a cheese bag or a cloth diaper, squeeze and drain the \u201crice\u201d. Use the drained liquid for your soup.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Vegan \u201cEggs\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Mix two tablespoons of whole flax seed with six tablespoons of water and let sit for twenty minutes.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Mix \u200f<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Mix all of the ingredients together: the dry cauliflower \u201crice\u201d, vegan \u201ceggs\u201d, ginger and salt. Taste and adjust, flavoring for your palate.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Sculpt<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The quantities used in the recipe made about 30 small matzah balls.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Bake<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Don\u2019t add the kneidlach to the soup without baking first else they will disintegrate into soup (Trust me, I tried it!). Bake the balls on a greased pan at 350 \u00baF for 20-30 minutes. Make sure to bake both sides.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\">Serve<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">I prepared the matzah balls the day before. To serve I heated the soup and added \u200ethe matzah balls at room temperature.
