Whoops! "Naked Nia" and not "Naked Nutrition", now that was a major typo error that almost appeared on my business cards! Don\u2019t you \u200ejust hate it when you edit a document and you can\u2019t find the one big blunder which is crying out: \u200e\u200e\u201cHey you, over here! Hey dummy; can\u2019t you see me?!\u201d Luckily I managed to catch that one in the \u200enick of time! \u200e<\/p>\n

Naked Nutrition: what in the heck is that?! What exactly am I selling? Naked, \u200enow let\u2019s get that \u200estraight. This isn\u2019t about nudity, nor is it about stripping in the literal sense of \u200ethe word.\u200e \u200e<\/p>\n

\u200e\u200e\u200eOn your plate: Bare.\u200e\u200e<\/h2>\n

Let\u2019s return to real food<\/a>, the kind that your great grandmother would recognize as such. Let us \u200estrip our food of the chemicals, preservatives, artificial colors, sugars and salts which are added in \u200eintolerably excessive amounts. I challenge you to buy more natural foods, void of packaging and \u200ewhen you must buy packaged foods make sure that the ingredient list is minimal and that you \u200erecognize the items listed as food and not as a foreign language. Would it be horribly rude of me to \u200eask that you cook more (no, heating up food in a microwave oven is NOT cooking!)?<\/p>\n

Take the helm \u200eof your galley! Cook dinner with your children and sit at the table together and eat your creations. \u200eGo wild and pretend that you are a once upon a time family of old and make time for\u00a0family talk \u200eand not TV talk.\u200e<\/strong><\/p>\n
